How this is 5 star resort has me beat Service was terrible at any restaurant or bar in the casino Room service took over an hour and a half Drinks were inconsistent always tasted different Casino dealers were miserable Never advised pool and facilities werent available untill march Waste of money

We got two rooms, our Riverview room has bugs and they said they will move us but they just replaced the sheet; and then they took all the towels; and di not replaced it; the second room with the kids; the shower is clugged and flooded; cards was not working, we have to go back; up and down to get it sorted.

Loved the experience ... but for that price we expected the facilities to be up and running..No pool..Sauna..Spa..Gym etc...It left a bad taste in our mouth as we were geared up for the full experience.Plus the casino was a bit lame and small for the size of the establishment it almost seemed like it was old and needed a refirb.As i say we loved it but just missed the mark for usin some areas.

The hotel is ideally located. The staff were great and the rooms excellent. Take a trip to the sky deck for stunning views.
