The hotel is is in a very convenient accessible area of Bristol. The hotel is a short walk from the main shopping centre and transport. The Staff at the hotel were exceptional polite, helpful and friendly. With all our quires answered and helpful recommendations offered. The hotel cleanliness was top notch, however some fixtures and fittings need touching up. example the faux/leather bed frame worn out and scuff marks. Breakfast had a variety of food, even for the most fussy eaters. All our needs meet. Thank you to all the staff.

Hotel is very clean and spacious ,location is great right next to shopping area, staff could not have been friendlier Only bad thing is car park, not owned by the hotel so not really there fault but it’s very dirty,smells and did not feel safe parking there, reviews online show many cars have been broken into, even though car park is expensive

Started going wrong at check in when reception staff wanted to 'check my booking' to clarify my name obviously not believing i knew or could spell my own name! Also the receptionist was ignorant and thought himself above helping his clearly undertrained colleagues! Hotel makes claims about being environmentally friendly and employing sustainable policies, but still has duck down pillows! Absolute hypocrites and completely unaware of how that portrays their brand! Heating disabled in rooms leaving them chilly at best! It was cheap....and thats the only positive, for cheap, read nasty basically!

Hotel was amazing, good deal with parking next door. No ev charging onsite or next door, had to use Cabot circus car park (bs2 9ab) for charging needs. Overall a nice clean hotel

My stuff was still in the room when some member of staff decided to remove my stuff from the room, stole my Jacket, make up box, Russell Bromley shoes, opened my suitcase and looked through. when I reported to front desk I was shown my suitcase lying at reception with everything else missing! My stuff was removed from my room without my permission and STOLEN!!!
