We felt very spoilt! Thank you
The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you

Easy and efficient check in and check out. The room was large and comfortable. Sink had a large crack in it, so a little attention to maintenance needed. All in all it worked out as just the right place for an over night stay

The hotel was clean however there was no heating . The room was so cold I walk up with a sore throat . The TV wasn’t working properly it kept on switching off on its own . I asked for a double bed however they gave us twin beds .

Great location for central Bristol. Parking- the hotel provides discounted parking at the NCP car park next to the hotel, which is great. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Secret added extras that they don't tell you about
This is an ok hotel but the parking in an NCP next to the hotel. And it is extra cost already discounted to £17.50 A night. Not the best and you also have to pay clean air charge of £9 per day so it's an extra 26.50 a day on top of your hotel cost. The beds are super hard so I didn't sleep at all. But the location is good and the dinner area is nice.

Great, centrally located hotel
Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Lovely breakfast. Parking next door (£17 for 24 hours). Great location - right next to Cabot Circus and 10 minute walk from the gig we were going to at Document.
