Generous sized room, clean, quiet. Modern hotel with good link to historic facade. Better parking advice appreciated (I’d recommend Trenchard st.)

Great location, friendly staff, my only gripe was the advertised fitness suite, which should just be named suite, as was very ill equipped, that aside, I would definitely return to the Clayton

The room was very nice, large clean and comfortable. We were on the 9 the floor and there was a faint generator sound all night. It was fine but once you heard it you had to tune out. Service was very good

Nice hotel, comfy bed found the toilet roll not the nicest and some unclean qualities like a brown stain on the dressing gown and breakfast plates was a bit unclean. Little bit confused about breakfast pricing as I paid nearly £90 for breakfast to be included to find out at checkout that I only paid for breakfast for 1 person and had to pay an additional £24 which doesn't really make sense. And not sure why as I had planned to have breakfast both stays.

Lovely hotel - nice dize bedroom and bathroom. Room was very clean and hotel situated in a quiet part of Bristol but close enough for all restsurants ,music venues pubs etc Would recommend staying here

Would consider using again
Very comfortable , but a bit hot. I think the mattress topper was synthetic and this very hot to sleep on . No fridge or magnifying mirror both of which would have been useful. Decoration is low key and understated I like to see a bit more quirkiness and colour. Staff friendly and helpful . Good central location and ncp near by.
