The good thing about this hotel is that it is very convenient for travel from Bristol airport (It's immediately opposite the terminal). Not so good is that, as it is the only hotel on the airport it's relatively expensive, at least for a very average experience. Its also currently in the middle of a building site and has only part covered walkways to the terminal building. It's clean and functional. Food is available. We had one really nice curry and one overcooked fajita. A continental breakfast is available from 4am,but its a pity that you can't take advantage of the included full buffet when catching earlier flights.

Awful beds, worst we’ve ever experienced, rock hard and if one moves you both move! No sleep for either of us. We won’t be back, stick to premier inn with perfect beds and 1/3dd cheaper. But staff friendly, flight was too early to enjoy the free breakfast

Poor standard hotel
Poor standard for a large hotel chain. Dirty and scruffy entrance, bar and restaurant areas. Staff were hardly trained adequately to provide any service. Food and drink expensive.
