My wife and I were very happy with the cleanliness and facilities at the hotel. Very modern, clean, tidy. Natalie on reception was an excellent example of good Bristol hospitality. Thanks to all.

Very nice hotel. A little walk to the fantastic city centre of Bristol but we didn't mind. Longer distances were easy with Bolt or Uber. The breakfast was great.

I asked for a late check out which I was given without a problem which was much appreciated. The Gym was handy. I had a room overlooking the main road which wasn't a problem. Overall a good experience.

Loved our weekend
We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great, we even had room service and they were quick and food was delicious. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Thank you

The hotel is a short walk away from Temple Mead station and Harbourside (also with bus stops close by) - convenient and quiet. The staff members were very helpful during our stay and our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of great breakfast options around the hotel (independent bakeries and cafes) if you fancy venturing out in the morning. There is also a Sainsbury Local nearby which is handy. All in all very good value for money!

Second time staying here. Room was spacious with enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean. Good location with parking nearby for a charge. No real complaints other than our room not being refreshed but we were only away for a few hours before returning. Will be staying again
