the hotel is very nice, and was a perfect location for my business trip Not having a lift was surprising and there were issues with the TV - not working Would I stay here again, YES!

Really unsure how this place has such good ratings. Really chaotic reception/bar. My heating didn’t work and despite reporting it in person x 2 and via their app, it was never fixed. Freezing at night, especially when I came back from home at 3am. Very poor apology on checking out. Dirty glasses in room - never got housekeeping for some reason. Very very noisy - particularly from corridor and from above - sounded like kids trampolining at times. All info is on app - have to get booking ref from them to be able to use. Didn’t see why sink is not in bathroom - bit odd. No low level bedside lighting either. Overall just poor - would have rather stayed at Premier Inn to be honest!

Could not recommend this hotel more. Clean, modern, great amenities, helpful staff, really great location if you need easy access to motorway. The only thing that could improve it would be a lift and a fridge in the room.

Lovely hotel & diner!
Hotel was wonderful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Plenty of free tea and coffee available in reception and then a selection in the room. Hot and cold water for drinking was available at a tap just outside the room. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was lovely! Everything was clean and well presented.

This hotel had a really cool vibe, with well-sized rooms that were both stylish and well-furnished. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The only downside was the mattress comfort level. We all found the beds quite firm, which left us waking up stiff and uncomfortable each morning. If the hotel could upgrade to softer or more supportive mattresses, it would make a big difference.

We are frequent visitors to Mollies Bristol. Both the hotel and diner are of an exceptional quality ( I highly recommend the pancakes) and we will be back again, no doubt, in the very near future.

Very clean, comfortable. Lovely bed/bedding. Great toiletries. Checking in wasn't great, receptionist seemed to struggle with what my name was, finding my reservation and trying to book me in for breakfast, not check me in.

I loved everything about this hotel: Scandi chic with lovely small touches like Cowshed products in the room and a Dyson hairdryer and GHD hair straightners. A great night’s sleep. Highly recommend.

Staff were very helpful and fastest checkin I've ever experienced. Room was clean and tidy and the hotel smelt very new and fresh. Sink outside bathroom was a little strange, but main issue was the temperature overnight....stifling hot and struggled to sleep. Research has said 17 degrees is the ideal sleeping temperature for people, but my room was 22 degrees and trying to change it got a "operation locked" message. Was glad when morning arrived.
