Advertised with pool and fitness centre. Neither were available and we should have been advised that these facilities werent available. Staff were sitting in breakfast area on their mobile phones

The folks who work there were great, but otherwise, there is not a lot to recommend about this stay. Yes, it is a typical roadside property, but it is very very noisy as the highway runs right by with vehicle noise all night.

Good price; good room
We needed a room for one night. Looking in the Bristol area, Quality Inn was priced reasonably (half of what some other hotels charged), and the room was clean and large. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is some road noise, but that is to be expected. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Poor cleanliness, Dirty sheets.
Filthy rooms and lobby. We found beer bottles between the mattress and box spring. There were dead bugs and candy wrappers all around the room… obviously this room wasn’t cleaned between guests. I expect that they just pulled the sheets up instead of changing the room over between guests. When I complained to the desk attendant his response was to give me another room that was equally as filthy, the bed was full of hairs!!! Overall, this hotel was by far the worst I have stayed at.
