Staff was great. Room was nice but could have been cleaner. Shelf was dusty, wash cloth was old and dingy. Breakfast was good. Location is close to nearby shopping and food but you can't walk to it.

Even though the interstate is right there. It s like it lulls you to sleep. The beds slept wonderful. The pillows were so comfy. The room was clean and I did not smell any smoke. I would HIGhLY recommend this place to anyone.

It was so-so. Kind of dirty. We could feel grit in the sheets and some SMALL blood stains on the sheets of one bed. Probably won't stay there again.

The location is very awkward to get to. Then you can't park on the courtyard side. Have to park on the street side and then walk through a breezeway to get to room while caring your luggage. On the up side, the room was clean and spacious.

Property felt unsafe for me and my daughter and granddaughter. This property was to be a non smoking property yet the person staying in the room next to us was smoking non stop and the smoke was coming in our room at all hours of the night. the breakfast bar was very slim with the choices. They had no creamer for the coffee and what they did have was very old and tasted burnt. not a place to stay even if its the last place in the area. I suggest going to the two places next door or driving to the next exit.

Unwanted visitor, hard bed, and updates needed
When we first got there, the room was not ready. So we left and came back went to the room got everything unloaded from the car and was relaxing. The next thing we knew, the door opened and a housekeeper walked in looking for a mop. I thought that was rather rude and very unexpected. She should’ve knocked before entering the room and waited for someone to open the door instead of barging in. The door frame on the inside of the door where it closes had a gap between it where bugs and things could come through it from the bottom of the door to where the door lock was. That needs immediate attention and updated. The bed was hard as a rock. Couldn’t hardly move this morning when we got up. Was not a good experience.

The beds were hard, the pillows weren’t worth laying your head on because our heads would sink, the lady at check in was great, but was failed to when I paid on Expedia that there was a $250 hold for locals. I mean seriously, we just had a terrible event that never happens, I was trying to relax with some electricity. The room was tiny. The room was nice but when you go back to the bathroom, it wasn’t so great. It was the only room vision took my shot and that’s what I get.
