Very nice hotel in the downtown area. It was clean and comfortable with a nice rooftop bar (happy hour M-F from 2-5) and a fabulous restaurant, Vivian’s Table.

The morning before we arrived I received a email telling me that the parking lot was being used for another event and we had o park on street, if I had of known I may have stayed elsewhere also the woman checking us in was not very informative about wifi passwords etc. We proceeded to the elevator and couldn’t get the elevator to work so went back to the front desk,and then she told us that we needed to use our room key card on a black box in the elevator. Besides all these things the room was great and the hotel was within walking distance for us to eat at a restaurant we wanted to go to, overall everything else was ok.

Good hotel with lacking service to match.
This is a great, highly rated hotel but the services are limited. There is no room service. If you order food from the restaurant you get to eat it out of styrofoam boxes and plastic utensils. Hard to eat the steak or chops. Parking is poor as well. I would not want my family having to park across the road a half block away from hotel. I just do not think it is safe, especially at night and with the homeless people in the area. I like the hotel but there are better options in Bristol.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop bar has a great atmosphere. The room was very clean, and the staff were all extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
