>> TOTAL FIRE BAN IN BC: There is a total fire ban in BC in the summer months, so unfortunately, use of the fire pit is prohibited during this time.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please tightly and properly secure the outdoor garbage bins using the lock mechanism on the bins, after each use. Failure to do so may result in animals accessing the bins and creating a mess, which could lead to a city fine. You accept responsibility for any fines incurred due to unsecured garbage bins and consent to being billed for such fines.

Commercial filming or photography is not permitted in the home on the grounds around the home.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.

A refundable $350 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. It will be fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We appreciate your care and respect for our home!

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
