Our room was amazing, staff we exceptional. This was in a great area, close to restaurants, casino, and the Light Rail. Only slight negative is that most rooms including this one, only give you enough supplies (dishwashing, dishwasher etc) for one night when you are staying 4 or 5 you need more than that

Great location, check-in seemless. Construction is going on beach side of building however noise did not impact our stay. Thing areas of improvement needed such as skirting boards around room needed a good dust, provide a few more bin liners for the rubbish and update kitchen utensils.

Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before checkout, it made sense as why the dishes were dirty because whoever stayed before me obviously did a half ass job. Would prefer knowing a paid cleaner has cleaned the kitchen ware…
