We were pleased with the homey, welcoming feel. The breakfast was very good and the friendly staff worked hard to keep everything available for the many guests. This would have been 5 ***** , but the bathroom tub had a line of mold under the entire length of the insert that wasn’t noticeable unless you were sitting on the toilet! This needs to be addressed immediately.

We stayed here four nights. Breakfast on at least two of those days was a bit hard to swallow. The eggs were of a consistency not tasted before...and they looked like potato patties or something, not like eggs at all. Cold biscuits were available but it would have been wonderful to have a microwave to warm them in, and sausage gravy to put over them. Our room was particularly large which was very nice after having spent three nights in a cottage room no bigger than 11 x 12. So this was a plus! The property itself was safe and quiet, but it also appeared to be the home of some people. I could have been wrong but it seemed the staff knew these people well. The price was good and the location was good. We ate at a Texas Roadhouse close by which was in a shopping area with a Chick-Fil-A.
