Nice Place
The house was very nice, very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was out. The refrigerator and freezer was only cool. The freezer wouldn’t even keep ice. We bought a couple small ice chest and problem solved. I would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend

Beautiful views and lovely home!
A wonderful location to view the river and hear the birds in the early morning with a cup of coffee. Really loved the views from the main suites and living room were amazing! Extremely clean home and they provided great games for the family to play during our visit. We enjoy the video arcade and shuffle board. Highly recommend this location for anybody staying with family.

Above the clouds
Wonderful cabin in a wonderful location. The views from this cabin are amazing! Sitting atop a high ridge overlooking a valley and the Mountain Fork river you will have plenty to see. Wake up to find the valley below completely engulfed in fog it feels as though you are standing above the clouds. If you are lucky enough to schedule your stay during clear weather you will see all the stars in the sky. The cabin could use a little attention in the way of upkeep to maintain its luxury status. Only real negative (which is nobody’s fault) there is a new cabin being built next door so we experienced quite a bit of construction noise. Just unlucky I guess. Overall the cabin is beautiful, the location is perfect and we had a great time!

We feel so lucky and blessed to have stayed here. Magical views, gorgeously decorated and built property, luxury and isolation at its best. There is a house being built next door that will share this view won’t be the same much longer.

Beautiful cabin…
We had an amazing time. The views were breathtaking and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I read the prior reviews that mentioned the cabin didn’t have seasonings or sharp knifes so we took our own which were not needed. The owners obviously read the reviews and addressed this issue. I would highly recommend this as a family getaway.

Relaxing Weekend
My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful, big, clean cabin! We brought our 1 year old. Thankfully the houses on either side of this one didn’t have any guests. It felt very secluded! The road was a bit steep and curvy getting to the house. We loved the wrap around deck that we could lock to keep our baby safe. If you bring little ones, make sure you’re ok with only playing on the deck because all around the house are rocks and steep cliffs! There’s also no bath if you’re little one does ok with a shower. The house was extremely clean, and the beds were comfy! Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen equipment, tvs, etc. There aren’t any storage bags or Tupperware so make sure to pack that for fridge storage or your road trip home. Also the knives were pretty dull and we struggled cutting things. The hot tub was perfect and super clean! The indoor fireplace made the upstairs smell like gas so we avoided using it. Overall we would absolutely go back and bring friends and family! The deck views and bedroom views are hard to beat!!

Wonderful family get-away
We loved our stay at the High-Falutin' Hideaway in late May and would certainly stay again. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the house offered plenty of areas we could all gather together as well as lots of other places to get away for some quiet time. The views were just awesome, and even though there was another house nearby, all the trees and the position of the house provided complete privacy from every view. There are a lot of outdoor activities within a 20 minute drive but the house also offered a LOT to do right on the premises. We did have rain one day but the two covered side porches still provided plenty of space to enjoy the hot tub, grill, fireplace, and ping pong. Towels, blankets, throw pillows, couches and chairs (inside and out) were thoughtfully provided throughout the house to make our stay very comfortable, and decorations, overall design, and games made it a very ‘fun’ place to stay. There was an individual AC/heat control for each bedroom upstairs and one for the downstairs. This was a great design as it is a very large house and sun heats up each room differently throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend staying here to any of my own friends or family. Helpful hints: - You may want to consider bringing a fan to help circulate the air in the bedroom downstairs, especially with showers or using the washer/dryer located in the bedroom - Be VERY careful on the stairs, the dark wood can be a bit tricky especially in low light, or when carrying luggage up and down - Bring some extra ping pong balls as you can easily lose them off the porch - Let the ‘early riser’ in your party have the east bedroom (kitchen side) as the morning sun can get pretty bright pretty early! - There are no closets period, so pack accordingly. There are dresser drawers and a couple of hooks on the back of the bedroom doors. - The on/off switch for the old school video game table is in the back on the very bottom and there is a volume control, you just have to look for it. - There are plenty of dinner plates, glasses, basic cooking utensils, but I would suggest bringing extra paper towels, soap, spices, etc. if you have a larger group - Did I mention the stairs? NO joke

We absolutely loved our stay, and would love to come back in the future! The home as everything you need, and the communication with the property manager was great as well. We had two families (five kids, four adults) there for the week, and had plenty of room. The outdoor space is amazing, and we had great nights with s'mores at the fire pit. We actually stayed an extra night because it was so good!

Beautiful but issues
This is an absolutely gorgeous property but we had some issues while there. The biggest issue is that we were without hot water for over 24 hours during our stay and it did not feel like much of a priority to get fixed considering how long it took. The house was not super clean either—lots of dust and the bathrooms were covered in hair. We have stayed in many cabins in Broken Bow and were surprised that there were no basics in the kitchen—only salt and pepper—so if you are planning on cooking meals while there, bring EVERYTHING you will need. Overall, we were happy with the cabin, just wish the hot water hadn’t been an issue for as long as it was and that it was a little cleaner.

Beautiful Views, Nice Maintenance Man
We were given the wrong code to check in, so after a 14 hour drive, we had to wait 45 minutes for the very nice maintenance man to arrive. Even he had issues reaching property management for access to a spare key in order to enter the house and reset the lock. He was very kind to leave his home at 9pm to drive 45 minutes one way to help us. We never received a follow up (or an apology for.giving us the wrong code) from property management after our arrival. Once inside, things were great. Beautiful views and very comfortable space. Just very frustrating check in process for a property with this price tag. We would stay here again, but would suggest you reconfirm your door code prior to arrival because there is no cellular service at the cabin.

My group of 10 had a great time and was very comfortable. The views were breathe taking. The home had a great layout with large windows with bigg kitchen, upgraded appliances and dishware. I would highly recommend using a 4 wheel drive SUV of some sort to get to the location. I would definitely go back.
