Don’t stay here.

The elevator didn’t work, the door key didn’t work, so we had to ask somebody at the front desk, if you could find them, to let you into the room every time you walked out. Front office staff was rude when I complained about having no key card for that room. They said no other rooms were available either. And they gave us one on the fourth floor, with no elevator. The carpet also stunk.
