The room was absolutely appalling and the hotel responses to complaints a breach of European law. No sleep, knee injuries trying to move around bed, 4 times having to request loo rolls, towels for 2 people. Room 445 squashed between back of lift and fire escape. The notice about 20 euro fine for removing any of the poor quality breakfast from the dining room was shocking. After all this, hotel fined me 25 euros for checking out at 12.45.

We had a great experience during our short stay (3 nights). Staff is very friendly and helpful, any issues were solved bery fast. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices for everyone’s taste. Did not have a chance to try out wellness facilities but it looked nice.

bij aankomst bleek de gereserveerde kamer niet de kamer te zijn in hun systeem. netjes een drankje aangeboden gekregen, omdat we moesten wachten. in het hotel vonden werkzaamheden plaats ( boren om 08:00, luide werklui in de gang) speelhal en sauna waren dicht. een vermelding hiervan was prettig geweest. personeel erg vriendelijk, maar dit was een duur weekend in de herrie.

Prachtig hotel, zicht op zee, subliem ontbijt
Alles was perfect, van een vriendelijke vlotte check in tot een sympathieke check out, compleet met een zakje cookies als herinneringscadeau. Het bed (van Revor) is supercomfortabel. We hadden een kamer met zicht op zee, dat is zeker de moeite waard! De wellness is heel fijn en groter dan je verwacht van de foto's. We hadden een rustige sauna en zeer hete hammam, mooie ligstoelen en een zwembadje. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid en origineel, er is zelfs cava voor de liefhebbers. Veel soorten fruit en yoghurt en ook allerlei zoetigheden. Twee soorten gekookte eitjes, zalm, hartige hapjes zoals tomaatjes met mozzarella. Ook smoothies. Ontbijten gebeurt in verschillende mooie salons, zo blijft het rustig, met zicht op zee. Een topervaring, wij komen zeker terug!

Es stank nach Vogelpaest, wenn man den Fenster aufmachte. Da gab es auch biele Vogelpest. Spinnenweben und Staub drinne waren ersichtlich. Es gab kein Abendessen inkludiert. Gab auch kein Platz dafür.

Een zeer mooi hotel zowel vanbuiten als vanbinnen .Zwembad en bubbelbad zijn een meerwaarde .Het bed met de perfecte matras en zeer mooie kamer met alles erbij .Top is het ontbijt , dat is van begin tot einde genieten .Een aanrader voor wie eens net iets meer wil .

Het was maar voor een nacht. Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. Verblijf was goed. Het zou handig zijn als je ook kon douchen, douchekop kon niet hangen.

Très bonne recommandation
Nous avons séjourné le temps d’une nuit et nous avons passé un super moment, reposant et agréable. L’accès au spa/piscine était vraiment relaxant. Une salle de bain avec un beau standing et une chambre très spacieuse le tout faisant preuve d’un nettoyage de qualité.
