This is a great hotel and has free parking, only issue and it was easily resolved, the vending machine only operates with local ID!!!! fortunately a member of staff used their ID to assit my purchase.

Hotel is very modern and in a good location, about 10 mins from the train station, there is good parking at the hotel also. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and modern.

Nice hotel but had some maintenance issues. The sink kept clogging up. Then the shower. The shower gel/conditioner ran out and was not replaced. Also, the location is not far from Brugge which is great, but the hotel is on the highway which got a little loud at times especially with open windows and if you wanted to sit on their terrace.

Great hotel to travel into Brugge if you are travelling by car. We went with two children and the family room was spacious, bath and shower and kids had two single beds rather than usual sofa bed scenario. Breakfast was brilliant although staff at breakfast weren’t very friendly.

Wonderful place to stay.
A wonderful stay. Gorgeous room and great servuce at the front desk, service in the dini g room was a little aloof and disinterested. Served by three different people none of whom seemed especially friendly. This did spoil.our stay and the food was delicious and so much of it.
