Very good hotel
We normally stay in Premiere Classe when in France. We chose this one for a visit to Bruges as it was close in price. However, it was definitely a leg up in terms of facilities. Shame that they didn't include parking and breakfast, whilst good, was a little pricey.

Exceptionally small rooms, with two single beds is small, but 3 beds is very limited room to move around, but the surrounding areas include walks and lakes, with boats /water activities. Not a big lake but good enough for one night only. Staff and breakfast were good.

A warm & professional welcome by Thalisa. Nothing to much bother for her, she was engaging in light conversation when she had time which was nice. She deserves a pay increase as she is such an asset to this hotel. Terrific there was also a large car park. Comfortable and pleasant stopover

Generally a decent hotel but a bit in the middle of nowhere. The only real irritant for me was arriving there and trying to figure out where we needed to go once to get into the parking lot. Otherwise, fairly nice.

Hotel is clean and tidy, have air-conditioner. But the staff attitude was bad, she stand inside the reception,and trimming her nails, when we sitting in lobby and watching Olympic opening, and the TV off automatic,I told her the TV off, and she said "yes", and I said we want to watch,and she switched on and the TV only on the starting page, she trimming her nails again . I booked two rooms,and one on first floor and one on second floor. Both rooms just tidied up the bedsheet, not clean the toilet and change the towels.

We were very unimpressed. After reading the reveiws and descriptions of the hotel that said it was the best hotel for staying outside to avoid Bruges prices but the best for travelling to Bruges, we were thoroughly dissappionted. The taxis were advertised online for 20 euro but when we arrived we were told they were 50-60 euro. We asked about the 'local' bus that was supposedly outside the hotel, it was a half an hour walk. We tried to drive into Bruges but the traffic was awful and the parking was the same....everywhere was full and we tried 9 car parks (however that may have been due to the christmas market so we understand it may not always be that busy...) The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and served nothing but breakfast, a vending machine, a microwave and frozen pizza and pasta ready meals that they passed off as dinner for an extortinate rate, something that was not explained on the website. The members of staff were not very friendly, they made us feel like an inconvenience and we were met with eye rolls, huffs and questions when we wanted to order 2 glasses of wine...? We were on holiday and wanted to make the most of it and it made them money so not sure why the fuss. The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean but that's the only good thing I can say. I understand it is the Ibis Budget, but even budget should have polite staff, clearly advertised dinner options and staff that are friendly. We will not be booking again, very dissappointed.
