Great place, great location, small problem.
Great location just a few meters from the center. Great service on checkin and during stay. Issue was with the shower. Drain was clogged and couldn’t take a proper shower without water overflowing into floor. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Perfect combination of affordability and location
Charming and perfectly located B&B, steps away from the famous Dijver view but still a quiet street. You cannot beat the affordability for this location. Front desk was impeccable. Downside is that the room is small so couples will not find it good for lounging, only sleeping. But you are not in Bruges to hang around your room. Didn't order breakfast so cannot comment on that. Other things like hot water, water pressure, hair dryer, shower gel, bed comfort etc. are all top. And did I mention location? A few steps from one of Europe's most famous city views.

Perfect location and lovely homey feel!
This was a great spot in a perfect location in Bruges! It was next to the primary hotel (that was out of our price range) and was quaint and lovely. The bedroom was nicely decorated in a "French" theme that felt like a perfect combination of modern and antique. It was exceptionally clean with a nice size bathroom and the bed was perfectly comfortable. The stairs to the room were steep and not easy to drag luggage up but that is typical in Europe. The best part was th locatoin!!! It was steps away from everything you want to see, if you lean out the window you could see the canal, and we loved being able to easily stop back in the room for a bathroom break while out exploring the beautiful city! We parked at the parking garage that was less than a block away for a fraction of the price they wanted to charge and it was about a 1 min walk and you can come and go easily. For us this was a perfect room in a perfect city - not extravagant but just right!

Fantastic 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Clean tidy bedroom with all that was needed. Perfect location for main square in Brugge. Amazing champagne breakfast. Easy check in and out

Lovely experience!
We loved our stay at Pand 17 Guesthouse. Our room was comfortable, and a beautiful breakfast was served at the lovely hotel next door. We felt very welcomed, and the location could not have been more perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent B & B, quiet location, near City centre.
Pand 17 B&B next to Pand 16 hotel. Due to staff unavailability Breakfast could not be served in the B&B but on arrival, circumstances explained clearly by good reception staff, and we were informed that we could use hotel facilities for "a champagne breakfast" each morning of our stay. Room was clean tidy and well appointed with ensuite shower room. Room would have benefited from some tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and welcoming. Location excellent, only a few metres from main canal and within easy walk of all city highlights

What more could you ask for
The Pand17 is a B & B but is attached to the Pand Hotel and is situated in the heart of Bruges. It's an ideal hotel for couples. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful especially the couple that serve breakfast, they are naturally good "nothing is too much trouble". Everything for breakfast was fresh, with a choice of eggs (fried, scrambled or omelette), cooked breakfast is done to order.

The most delightful hotel in Bruges
My wife Angie & I stayed at the Pand Hotel for 3 nights in May to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a Junior Suite for an additional cost which we accepted. I must say that the welcome from the reception team was excellent. The Pand Hotel is literally 30 yards to the canal & 3 minutes walk the centre of Bruges. As it was our anniversary we were offered a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate which was a really nice touch. I can see why this boutique hotel has won several awards they are well deserved. The whole ambiance of the hotel was so relaxed & friendly we felt totally at home during our stay. Our suite was wonderful, it was on 4th floor with views across the rooftops. We had a nice 4 poster bed with desk & chair also 2 easy chairs a CD player & small bar mini bar area. The bathroom was large with 2 basins, a jacuzzi bath & shower. The breakfasts were superb & served by a 'world class' Ignace who was so professional & cooked eggs of your choice to your liking on Granny's Aga. The first course was champagne, followed by a plate of meats & cheeses, various breads & pastries, fresh fruit salad, fruit juices & tea or coffee all served in a delightful dining room. I must say that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world & made our anniversary very special!
