Located in a gated acreage community, this beautiful 10-plex townhouse has one master suite with an en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with two queen beds, a guest room with a bunk bed and trundle bed. It is the perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal, enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and making long lasting memories for years to come. The entire house features high end furniture, a handcrafted 8.5' oak dining room table (seats up to 10), new bedding/mattresses, and two big screen TVs. The basement has a second living room equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and walkout access to the lower patio. The second bedroom located in the basement, has two farm style queen beds with gorgeous views of the on-property light house, lake, and breathtaking sunrises. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle bed, perfect for families!
Get in 18 holes at nearby Bayside World Class public golf course, or grab a burger and a beer at Bayside or Hooks lake bar and grill. Located just a mile away is Vans Lakeview public boat ramp and campground where you can launch your boat to enjoy a great day on the water.
Semi private beach access is available through gated Lighthouse Villa property. Enjoy much less crowded beaches on the south side just 8 miles from the dam. There is plenty of room for overflow parking for your boat and trailers. You will love this location and peaceful setting. Deer, turkey, dove, and pheasant are often seen from the back deck. Come enjoy our favorite Nebraska lake and relax in our beautiful townhome! Let our home be your home away from home during your stay.

Lake Mac house
Nice townhouse with a big kitchen and large dining room table. Beautiful view of Lake Mac. The walk to the Lighthouse is great. Nice gated development with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles on the side and back of the garages.

Our three day four night family vacation with four families was everything we hoped for! This property and the hosts did not disappoint! The beach was a beautiful walk or short drive and we spent every day soaking up the picturesque Sandhills and clean and sparkling beaches of Lake Maconaughy. The condo is well situated to travel back and forth for lunches or time outta the sun and back for and evening… Everything we needed is supplied-all necessary kitchen appliances and cookware- a nice assortment of seasonings and wonderful dining table with a view… pellet fueled grill and fire table were nice additions- and there’s enough room on the deck to gather for games or conversation… the view is stunning… Good game selection and Wii games on the downstairs common area TV… Our hosts were very responsive and helpful…we would love to return in the future!

Good but not great
The house was lovely, but far away from anything. The closest store was 25 min away, which is fine, but would have been nice to know that in the listing description. Also, they did not provide soap or shampoo, which seems kind of a basic amenity, given the prices to rent it. Overall, the place is very quiet and peaceful. There were just a few things they could improve upon.

Wonderful property and great stay!
I hesitate to leave such a good review, because selfishly I'd like to keep this hidden gem of property to ourselves, but the property and stay was top notch! The property itself is very spacious and beautifully and well appointed. The views from the deck were great. Apart from the condo unit itself, the Dunes property is also very spacious, with wide open spaces, and gorgeous. I can't wait to get back!

We had a great time on our trip. Perfect size and layout for a large family our group of friends. Kitchen is massive, views from the deck were incredible, and everything worked great. Hosts were certainly very accommodating.

Great location, beautiful view and incredible home
Like new property with very high quality appointments in the kitchen with very nice pots and pan, and laundry very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Fire pit on deck was great with the view of lake. We really enjoyed our stay. We had some questions when we first arrived and the owners were very attentive.
