The first room checked into had a sever mold/mildew odor. The attended at the desk was very helpful though and moved us into another room that was dramatically better. Overall for the price, it wasn’t a great value or level of cleanliness. A smoke alarm went off for a few hours in the early morning and no one stopped it. The breakfast was pretty solid in the morning.

Kind of loud though out the night with an early wake up call. The room was directly in front of the elevator and people or a person was moving stuff all night long it felt like. Quite disrupting. The breakfast was good in the morning.

Nice room. Pleasant staff. Advertised car chargers which they had but had to pay which was a high end charge. Would not have chosen hotel if we knew we had to pay for charging……most hotels have it available for customers staying.

Clean room with friendly check-in staff and decent breakfast options. One big downside was extreme humidity in the room (#122)-- carpet felt wet, sheets and towels damp. In their defense, I didn't report it as it was late and I was there for less 12hrs. I tried too report it in the morning before I left but no one was at the desk and I didn't feel like waiting.

First place in a long time that doesn’t smell like DOG. Dogs wipe their rear ends on carpet and furniture. This place doesn’t like that type of smell which is great for people with pet allergies.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The furniture and the rooms are definitely dated and in need of some TLC. The ceiling light fixtures appear loose and in some places rusted. The towels all felt damp because of the humidity…. It is too bad because it is clear they are trying to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was fine… standard hotel fare. This is by no means an awful place…it was fine for our one night stay. I think it has potential with someTLC.

Damp rooms, little sleep
The a/c units in the two rooms we were in had no provision for reducing incoming outside air and kept the humidity so high that everything in the rooms was damp. It was a miserable night of being constantly cold and clammy or hot and clammy.. We got very little sleep as a result. The facility and the staff were wonderful, but given the impossibility of sleep in such a terrible environment, I will mark this hotel as one to avoid at all costs.

It seems very high end. It makes a small space warm and inviting. The breakfast menu is on a whiteboard and looks delicious.
