We stayed at the Roof inn for one night on our way to Florida. The room was perfect for the purpose of just staying for a night while passing through. Check in was a breeze and the customer service was excellent. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was super comfortable.
Door to room was very hard to open! I had to give it hip check, as was demonstrated by the receptionist. The floor was dirty and the room needs remodeling.

The room was very clean; the TV worked very well with channels I liked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Was quite for the most part. Ice/soda/coffee machines were easily accessible. Coffee in the AM was excellent!

Room 210, To Manager, room newly remodeled and clean, However, pay attention to the room details mentioned, Top bed bed spread had mystery stain, and old worn flat pillows needing replaced, Bathroom towels and wash rags We're not bright bleach white and felt worn out and grey. Window screen screen needs complete replacement. If you fix these details I would return.

The checkin portion is what everyone dreads but i was happily surprised with the warm smile and amazing energy. I forgot her name and she doesnt deserve that. She was amazing. Easy check in, room was very clean. Sheets were clean and pillows soft. Con: the bathroom stunk it wasnt horrible so it didnt feel the room it stayed in the bathroom. The room stayed very cold which we liked BUT the a/c needs to be checked it was getting louder and louder. Woke up this morning and was greeted in the lobby again with 2 wonderful smiles. Definitely stay here again. That was it. Great job.
