Villas by the Sea is a 17 acre oak-shaded beachfront Resort/Condominium Complex located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Amenities are restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, barbeque grills, volleyball court etc. Killa Villa is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that overlooks the pool, barbeque and picnic tables. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a queen bed and private full bath. on that same floor is a full kitchen and living area with a balcony. On the third floor are two more bedrooms and shared full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, full size washer/dryer and balcony. Famous Driftwood Beach is adjacent where "The Walking Dead" shot the beach/shipwreck scene! This property underwent a total restoration within the last 2 years.

Spring Break Fun!!
Jekyll Island is loaded with fun things to do. It is very laid back and friendly. Our Villa on the Seas condo contact was spectacular. He contacted us via text the day following our reservation confirmation to let us know what to when we arrived and suggested places and things to see. . So fun!!

Our vacation on Jekyll Islan
Jekyll Island is a great place to visit and our visit was made even better by our accommodations. The condo is just a few feet from the water and a quick walk to Driftwood Beach! The condo is very nice and very well taken care of. The balcony overlooks the pool area and the interior is very bright. The location is very nice and we are excited to return in the future!

This is our second time staying at the property and have enjoyed both stays. Will probably stay again for a short stay, but for longer stays the stairs get me!! The only drawback this trip which is not the property managers fault is the beack accesses were closed! Coming this time was like coming home!!!

This property was so amazing and offers everything you may possibly need! Pool and park are beyond expectations. There is even a little food truck by pool for breakfast and lunch! Everything was great. Location was terrific and every detail was thought of. So many amenities for our stay-we wish the bistro cafe had been open but staffing shortage made that a no go. There are plenty of other places to choose from though. We loved being able to walk the beach. We would stay here again.

60th Anniversary Celebration
Our group of roughly 25, ages 2-77, had a wonderful time together. Not all stayed here, but those that did loved it. The pool/picnic area was the highlight with the beach just a few steps away. Tommy was only a phone call away if needed - which we did not. Everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our VRBO stay! Tommy was so helpful and communicative! The condo was clean and very well maintained. We had an excellent view of the pool and a very short walk to the beach which we loved! We cooked several meals in the condo which was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We had a fantastic week and we are definitely anxious to go back!

So much to do and great food. St. Simon’s was a lot of fun. Went to Turtle Rescue, Mosaic Museum and spent two days at the beach and took family pictures at Driftwood Beach and of course the pool. It was a fantastic week!

It is a Killa Villa
We had an absolute wonderful time. The Villa was well equipped and very clean. Tommy was great. He made sure we had great directions to the villa and check in with us when we arrived to make everything was as expected The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. He even had ice ready in the freezer when we got there. I cant say enough about our trip to Jekyll Island and the Killa Villa. Also it is just a short walk from the Killa Villa to Driftwood Beach. Georgia Getaway
We had a lovely time from start to finish. The condo had 2 balconies, washer, dryer & a great kitchen. Beautiful view of the on site pool which we enjoyed. We were able to make all of our meals there which saved time for sight seeing. Great gift shop for anything we might have forgotten & of course, souvenirs. Not far at all from the beach & other attractions. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Tommy.
