The good: Reasonable pet fees and flexible pet policies. Areas of improvement: 1. There’s a smell in the room. We can smell the strong smell of air freshener and the smell it’s supposed cover. 2. Breakfast was bad both in terms of selection and quality. The bacon strips looked like steamed plastic.

We have been staying here for years on our way back to Florida. Sadly, we will not be staying here again. While the hotel and room were very clean as always, it was noticeably run down. No one was at the front desk for check-in. Stood there for 10 minutes calling out for someone, even called the main line twice. Room no longer has utensils, had to get plastic from downstairs. One TV did not work, had three trips downstairs to get the other TV to work, had to go downstairs because the room phone did not work. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. The beds have gotten lumpy and uncomfortable.

Could have been a lot better!
The sofa bed was terrible, and there was food crumbled in it when we pulled it out. There was a drink left in the freezer, and the refrigerator was dirty. There was only 1 roll of TP in the bathroom, the shower was just warm enough to do a quick bath, and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. Breakfast was alright, but the pictures in the advertisement definitely showed more of a selection.
