The staff was very polite and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to give clean towels a few times and we had to ask. The pool was quite cold for this time of year and would have loved for it to be a few degrees warmer. We did not know there was shuttle options.

We enjoyed our stay at this Inn. It’s a beautiful property with very friendly, attentive staff. Has great amenities. Our room was large and lovely. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and modern. We also appreciated the bar and happy hour offerings. Would highly recommend!

Upon check in the front desk clerk was friendly. We went into our room only to find it was occupied. We were moved to another room. Within an hour or two the cable TV was out. Notified the front desk who said they were aware. Late that night still no TV. The next morning brought it to the staff in the breakfast area who took it to the manager on duty. Oddly she seemed to have no knowledge of but quickly addressed it with IT and had Comcast onsite. Was repaired when we returned late afternoon early evening. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast staff were so hospitable. We liked the area but not sure would stay here again with other options available.

Fabulous stay! I enjoyed my time in the island so much that I kept adding another night to my reservation. I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Melissa and Alexandra at the front desk. They worked with me regularly to update my reservation. The room was beautiful, the pool was perfect for lounging and swimming, and the added amenity of complimentary breakfast and laundry service was exactly what I was looking for in an extended stay. Upon the approach of Hurricane Helene, rates went up where other hotels’ rates were going down and I had to leave. Otherwise, my stay checked all the boxes.
