Great Outstanding Service and Stay
Can I give 100 stars? Unbelievable Great Service, Extremely Clean, all of the staff were GREAT!!!! I relocated here due to Hurricane Milton and room was ready when I arrived no problem. Complimentary Breakfast in the morning and the server (Misha)for Breakfast was on top of it she had everything stocked and at 9am everything was still fully stocked. What Service can not emphasize this.

We booked this property to evacuate from the Hurricane in FL. Our booking was for the 2 Queen Studio. Upon arrival we were told that we were getting the King Studio with a pull out couch bed since the 2 queen was not available. When told that is not what we booked, we were told “that’s not how that works”, as if what we booked isn’t what we should get. We booked 3 days prior to coming so it should not have been a discrepancy between hotel and Expedia. Everything else was booked around so we had no choice but to stay. The “pull out couch” did not indeed pull out into a bed, but more so fold down, similar to the couches they have in hospitals. Definitely will not revisit this hotel or this brand.

Nice new property. We were on motorcycles and they permitted us to park under the front awning out of the rain. Breakfast was decent. Only negative was no hot water.

Had a suite which was beautiful The shower had no tub mat and was slippery I almost fell Faucet in bathroom sink was dripping backwards onto the sink countertop Breakfast buffet was not stocked ,but I think that was due to lack of supplies from prior hurricane No paper towels or toilet seat covers in lobby bathroom reported it to staff Great location !

Great Hotel!
This hotel was positively awesome. We only stayed for one night, but would highly recommend for longer stays as well. It was clean, the service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was solid.
