Huge rooms great for friends to share- two double beds, instead of twins. A rarity in Europe. Small lounge area, plenty of storage. fridge. Very walkable to Grand Place. And all the tourist stops plus Xmas markets.

The hotel will give you a luxurious feeling to your stay. Ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, quick at check-in and were open to questions and suggestions. Room was impecable, neat, quaint, gives you a cozy feeling, relaxation at its best. Amazing view, easy to use tech from the tablet. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but the views from up there are breathtaking, did get a chance to enjoy a couple of drinks at the restaurant with beautiful views of Brussels. Comfortable lounge area near check in desk, where you’ll be able to enjoy a variety of drink and wick bites.

Horrible experience
We were checked into a dirty room, bathroom door handle came off and couldn’t be fixed, transferred into a smaller room which too was a connecting room, asked for an extra water bottle but was declined, transferred again into another room finally at 1am. Staffs were not at all apologetic and helpful. Only 1 staff was nice enough to help and she was amazing her name was Kathy. Beware of Night manager Adam and all others especially the tall red headed lady.
