The hotel is like a carnival mirror maze - the vast majority of surfaces in the room and commmon areas are reflective and disorientating. There was lots of noise during the night - the hotel did not resolve and it continued. There was also a fire alarm early in the morning on one of the nights we were there. Very average to poor service - overpriced compared to other properties in Brussels. Would not recommend.

Amazing hotel
We had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel! The level of service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for my girlfriend's birthday, complete with beautiful bunting decorations and a delicious birthday cake.

Great location, ultra-modern decor and design.
The hotel is at the very convenient location, just across the Metro, Rogier, and 5 minutes walk from Brussels North Train Station (one station from the airport). Many restaurants and historic buildings are in 5-10 min walk. The hotel is totally renovated with beautiful modern furniture, paintings and floor. But the hotel has not completed the renovation and the full restaurant is not open yet.

Amazing decoration, modern, super clean, staff friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to noord station and about 15min to many bars in the centre and some fast food nearby for convenience. It's not the most silent place but it's not bad either. The only thing is the toilet roll that could definitely be of better quality.
