The staff and the hotel was 5 star plus. Right across the street a guy reached into my purse and grabbed my wallet. A gentleman and my daughter ran after him and my daughter grabbed my wallet! Overall, I did not feel safe in Brussels!

Stunning Hotel, beautifully finished
a beautiful room, with every detail taken care of. The bathroom was recently renovated and impeccably clean. A wonderful stay at the Fleur De Ville - would absolutely stay here if we came again.

Excellent value with an upscale feel!
This hotel was perfect for visiting the Brussels Christmas Markets and all the old town sights, all of which are within about half a mile. There are tons of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The decor in the rooms is upscale and the common space is beautiful, particularly the dining room. The rooms are lovely and we received a welcome note, which was a nice touch. Definitely an excellent value with an upscale feel!

Beautiful hotel with less polished service.
Beautiful hotel. Loved the decor in our room, which was elegant luxurious. Functional stylish bathroom. Everything very clean. Five stars for the room and building itself. Location was central, and easy walking to sights and restaurants. Negative experience which dropped the overall rating was service. Unbelievably variable for this level hotel. Some front desk staff were ignorant, one was more interested in his cell phone than helping us multiple times. No greeting when entering, no offer to help with luggage when checking out at 6 am although obviously not busy etc. No interest how our stay was. There were a couple of positive exceptions, including a young lady who helped with restaurant reservations. But this unfortunately brought down the overall positive experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The property is lovely - decorated more like an elegant apartment than a hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean and looks brand new. I highly recommend Hotel Fleur de Ville!

Lovely hotel and a stones throw away from Grand Place, shopping and metro, so it's pretty central and a great location. Hotel smells amazing and you can literally smell it from across the street. We had a standard double room with a courtyard/garden view. Room was a good size and spacious. Very nice decor, big comfy bed and complimentary chocolates and water. The hotel night turn down service is a nice touch. We came back to a nice dimly lit warm room which felt cosy. Definitely recommend for first time visitors to Brussels.

Great that staff gave us a room early as we were pretty tired by the time we arrived at the hotel at 10am. We are super grateful. We were given the ground floor room and I think for the level of the hotel it’s fine for now as it’s new but not in future. Smell of sewage in the corridor and bad food from nearby restaurant. Lack of amenities and shelvers in the toilet. Though the toiletries are nice. The worst is Super noisy from any corridor noise
