This is a great hotel in a safe, walkable, and historic area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the facilities are beautiful, We enjoyed our stay and will definite recommend Hotel Hubert Grand Place to all of our friends!

This was our 2nd stay during this trip to Belgium. It was a no-brainer to come back! Such a cool relaxed vibe and so clean and friendly. And so close to Central Station to easily get all around the city via train or metro. Also right by Grand Place and Galleries Royal St Hubert with all their shopping and restaurants.

Great spot in an ideal location.
We were in town for only two nights and stayed at Hotel Hubert. Perfect spot, 5 minute walk from the train all attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and suited our needs very well. The staff was gracious and courteous. Our room was comfortable and clean. Exceptional gym facility as well. Definitely would go back.

Just average. The rooms themselves are small, bathrooms cruddy with rust and water stains. No window. You will hear your neighbors. I also heard the plumbing, water moving through pipes in the night. I think this company has done a lot to market itself with cutesy things- hence all the photos are of the chic lobby, however the rooms could use some work. New carpet, new curtains, remodel the restrooms. Customer service is fine, I wish staff were more personable, have a smile on their face, greet you hello or goodbye. 3 star hotel, knowing what I know now I would have booked with Ibis. Pros: the location is superb! Grand place, central station. Overall would not stay again. But appreciated the proximity to main attractions.

So clean! Kudos to the housekeeping team! Very ecelectic, hip and relaxed vibe. Enjoy the free Nespresso coffee as you take in the decor.Eco friendly and thoughtful. Entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Dog welcoming property too; I didnt bring mine I enjoyed watching theirs. :) Super comfortable beds & pillows and nice fluffly towels. They even allowed us to stow our luggage prior to check in so we could go sightsee right away! ONLY very slight downside was the tiny european bathroom to me, as an American... I know, Im spoiled! The toilet faced up against the vanity so my knees barely fit (I have a 28 inch inseam) and we had to shimmy past the toilet to access the shower. Not the tiniest Ive been in, but for example my small elderly mom wouldn't have been able to do it, however I was ok. We liked it so much we booked it again for our return trip!

Good hotel
We only stayed here one night. It was a really nice hotel with a unique lobby area. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were on the larger side. The issues I had were, if you wanted to fill a bottle with water that they leave in the room at the water station on each floor, you had to pay for it, which coming from the US is weird to pay for using a water fountain. We filled our own water bottles and did not pay, but it was still odd. The other was our check-in process. When we arrived, they said our rooms were next to each other, but it turned out they were floors apart. When we asked about it, they did not react well. It is very, very close to sights, shopping and restaurants. I don't plan on going back to Brussels any time soon, but this was good for a night.

Our stay were 4 nights Oct 13 - Oct 17 2024. Excellent location, near Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain, Bruxelles-Central train station, National Bank of Belgium(day tours meeting point)… Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Bedroom is a bit small without desk but beds are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and well lighted. Good snack station provides apple, cookies, banana chip, raisins. I like the Water Station too. In my hotel room there is a not working phone and a chipped toilet bowl.

Hotel Hubert is very well located. There are many sights nearby, as well as dining, shopping, and public transit The staff, except for one individual, was overall very helpful and kind. Michele, the hotel manager, took time to explain how they take bedbug issues very seriously and the measures they have in place to prevent and contain infestations. We always ask questions about that when travelling as a precaution and it was the first time anyone went to that length to provide details. That is very reassuring and shows the hotel has a strong culture of keeping their environment pleasant and safe for guests. The hotel lobby was a very cozy and nice area to hang out at. The room was very clean, however there is no fan in the washroom, therefore it would get very humid when we took a shower. Furthermore, the room decor and finishings need renovations/maintenance.
