Stayed for one night with my 12 year old daughter, and a fabulous room in the penthouse! Fabulous view from the 3 windows which were able to open for fresh air, or there was air conditioning if needed. Lovely qwerky bathroom with no door was funny, but it worked, as did the industrial type look within the room and hotel. What was excellent was the mattress....wow it was like sleeping on a marshmallow and if I could have bought it home with me I would have. A brilliant stay, great location within walking distance of grand palace and the centre, great checkout of midday too. Would recommend and would stay again. Thankyou.

Julien at front desk in the evening was a wealth of knowledge. Great service. Wondering bed as well. Food prices in restaurant was a bit high, so we didn’t eat there.

Conveniently located. Easy access to two train stations and downtown area. Lots of food options near by including the restaurant located at the hotel. Their breakfast options where delightful and did not disappoint.Our room was quiet and walls were thick where we couldn’t hear everything around us. Staff were respectful. There was a safe in the room and all our stuff was respected. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I would book here again.

Hotel Gambino is well kept and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Save the planet, drink beer is a fabulous campaign. I loved getting my daily beer in exchange of cleaning my room for the day. The rooms are very small, but comfortable. The hotel is steps away from the metro station where you can take a train to anywhere you want to go in the city and staff can always give you guidance. Just outside the hotel, there is a little Spanish market and restaurant. Across the street there is a good variety of restaurants and bars to choose from if you are hungry. Augustiner has a restaurant right there and there is a small brewery that has one type of beer! It’s super cute and the beer is very good. We really loved our stay at Hotel Gambino and would definitely stay there again.

VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR BRUSSELS..
Two night stay on the way to London. This is a 'different' place as much of Brussels. - Not very roomy but well laidout to be comfortable. Included breakfast is good and starts early. The sorrounding area does not have many choices particularly on Sunday when we arrived. Overall a bit on the expensive side for its value but an EXCELLENT location, wakeable to center core with plenty of choices.

Nice hotel, in wrong place.
Lovely little hotel. There is a downside though it is on a very noisy roundabout. Found the staff not so helpful. Lift broke and an elderly couple one that was clearly struggling to walk couldn't bring thier suitcases down the very steep stairs. The staff were not at all helpful. I don't know what they did because there was no way he could have carried anything. Breakfast I thought for the price boring and poor choice.

Walk to all of the hot spots
Excellent location and bright rooms with hip details. The separate WC is problematic as it has a loud magnetic closure and extremely bright motion sensor lighting, so it’s impossible to use at night without disturbing the other person in the room. But overall, this was a cool spot for our 5 nights in Brussels.

Very comfortable newly refurbished hotel in central area - walking distance to everything central. The bedroom was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The only slightly surprising point was the seemingly ambivalent nature of the reception staff. Certainly not something to put anyone off but not really in line with the vibe of the hotel.

Stayed for two nights. Overall it is very nice hotel. Room is not big but with 2 windows with view we’re definitely a plus. The area is convenient only need 9 minutes of walk to Grade Place. It is clean, comfortable enough for a short period of stay. The price is reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Comfortable bed and great bedsheets! Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. They even made us some sandwiches to take with us for an early flight. Would highly recommend.

Nice little hotel close to train station
Close hotel to train station with soundproof rooms. Easy walk to brussels city center. Room is a little plan and not alot of english channels on TV but if you are not in the room alot it works. Bar and food in lobby.

The rooms were clean and utilized small spaces well. Staff was friendly and very helpful, and the building had central aircon, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing I wish rooms had was a small fridge.
