Room door was broken and lock could not be unlocked with the keycard. Did not get the lock fixed during my 3 day stay with them. Housekeeping did not clean my room after the first night. Did not even replace the towels, visit the room or empty the bin. Tried to call reception to get fresh towels but no one answered the phone despite calling them twice.

A bit annoying to have to keep ringing the buzzer to get access to the hotel since they don’t have a facility for the room keys to open the main hotel doors. Had to wait for a few minutes in the cold since reception wasn’t staffed.

Simple and convenient
Very attentive and respectful staff, extremely clean room, extremely comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing between rooms, complete equipment for a 3-star hotel. I recommend with confidence to those who come for work or business purposes, but without the pretension of organizing meetings with partners in this location. The hotel is just a place where you can have a good rest, work on the materials you need to prepare for the purpose of your work and all this at a decent price. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel.

We had no problems with this stay. The area was a little busy and not so clean, but it didn't bother us. The traffic and tram noise subsided at night, and wasn't bad with the windows closed. The AC worked great, the room was a little small, but clean and above acceptable for the price. The staff was very nice. Check in and check out was very easy.

You get what you pay for
It was very much what you pay for. We had the smallest kind of room, which was very small. It took us a while to get the air con right so a lot of the time the room was stupidly warm, even hotter then outdoors! We couldn’t get the temperature in the bathroom down, so it smelled so bad and was uncomfortably warm constantly. We left our bags with reception on the day of checkout and when we went to get them back we couldn’t see anyone and couldn’t find anyone. The room where our luggage was, was left open so we went and took it all and walked out without anyone seeing us. There were more bags there and it just felt very unsafe!
