Comfortable, friendly staff
Very friendly staff, good location and spacious room. If you are in need of parking, the hotel only has 10 parking space, so be sure to book in advance. We used a parking lot not far away, but with limited space for the public. We were lucky to get a parking space.

Hotels need to invest more in hairdryers. The hairdryer was of such bad quality, that it took forever to dry my hair. It is a small thing that is overlooked by most hotels and is such an important feature. Also, i plugged in all my electronics to charge overnight, but when you press the master switch to turn off all the lights at night, it also turns off all the plug points, so none of my electronics charged. Huge oversight that needs to be looked at.

Lovely hotel with great service, helping us find a lost phone, getting an airport shuttle and providing information. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant to end our wonderful trip to Belgium.

Outdated, overpriced
This hotel is really outdated, felt like I was back in the 80’s. Bathroom really bad, TV literally 20 years old. They also charged me 9.50 euros for city tax when the charge is only 5 euros set by the government, this hotel should be avoided at all costs unless you miss staying at your grandparents house

Lovely hotel close to city centre (20 min walk). Parking around corner but convenient. Rooms lovely, grand old hotel with nice bar on ground floor. Didn't have breakfast as many cafe around corner on main road and breakfast in hotel was ridiculously high (37 Euros pp!)
