Excellent airport property, clean, modern and convenient with a very good restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle was fast and extremely convenient to getting to the airport. I would only recommend if you need easy access to airport or the office park where it's housed. Otherwise, it's very far off from the city center.

We were surprised at the excellence of this hotel, having stayed in a city center ibis hotel two weeks earlier at a different level of lodging. (There are different "levels" of ibis hotels, we discovered.) This one is a very short walk from the Diegem Train Station, which is an 8-minute train ride from the Brussels-Nord train station. There is a shuttle to take you to the Airport. The amenities are exceptional with a spacious breakfast room, a large bar & restaurant area, a fitness center, and a spacious lobby. Hairdryer and separate sink/vanity/magnified wall makeup mirror were most helpful, though the lighting over the magnifying mirror could be brighter. Had shampoo, conditioner, and gel in shower. Our room had a separate toilet and fully-tiled walk-in shower room with both hand-held and stationary shower heads, behind a translucent glass door. Nice towels. Our bed was superb, with 4 pillows, and perfect-weight duvets. The room had an upholstered chair and a desk area, plus two bedside tables with independently-working reading lights. Kudos to the staff for cleanliness! We would stay here again, should we ever be in Brussels.

The hotel is across the street from the train station, Diegem. You can see it when you get off the train. FREE hotel shuttle service to the airport starting from 4am. Recommend to stay in this hotel the night before you boarding a plane.

When I fly in I have no car, not familiar with local transport, I book only hotels with complimentary airport shuttle, 7 days/ week. This one did not disappoint! The as a bonus, the train tation is across the street. Not around the corner, not down the street, right there! How convenient is that? Great breakfast buffet includes pancakes with REAL American maple syrup. Book this hotel for that alone! Book it NOW!

Right by the train station, so that was great, although you will want to check the schedule because the trains don’t come super often. This was perfect for getting to the airport in the morning. We used the shuttle and everything went well.

Stayed for one night at the end of a two week vacation, prior to talking a flight from the Brussels airport. Very easy to reach from the intercity train- literally right out the door from the train, and right up to the front door of the hotel. Shuttle service was excellent. Staff helped in printing out my boarding passes.
