First impressions were not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and especially that of the Radisson chain. We arrived at 4pm and were given the card to a room that hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. The receptionist did get us a new room and issued us some drinks vouchers as means of an apology. The new room was clean, however there was a plug socket hanging off the wall with cables on show and 2 of the usb ports didn't work. I reported this to the front desk who informed me that the maintenance man had left and it would get looked at the following day.
The next evening after a long day sightseeing we returned to the hotel and went to use the vouchers at the bar. We were told we could only have soft drinks, beer or water. Having your choice limited when it was meant to be a drink to make up for the room mistake was disappointing. Again I approached the front desk who did speak to the bar staff to change this. At no point did the bar staff apologise. When returning to the room the towels hadn't been changed, the plug socket was still hanging off the wall and the complimentary products hadn't been replenished. On speaking to the front desk about these issues I was told to email the hotel manager.
