The property was beautiful, in a perfect location, amenities were brilliant. We were there in very cold weather and we had a very comfortable and warm temperature all the time. I was only disappointed with the cleanliness. Windows were completely filthy, you couldn't see the outside (and the views were amazing), big balls of dust under the bed, massive spiderwebs in the ceiling... I'm hoping the property will improve their cleanliness for future stays.

Pros: Overall as described, including charges, property inclusions and cleanliness. Cons: The major con was the communication aspect. Property code to access building was changed without notification. It took two days for a response and caused major inconveniences for the travel party. If it wasnt for a random resident to open the entry diir, we would not be able to gain access.
