The property was great. The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding. Very accomodating and eager to help - great customer service. The only challenge was the strong mildew smell in the room. The front desk attendant provided some spray. Other than that it was a great experience.

The hotel was overwhelmed and full with people escaping the effects of a hurricane. They didn't handle their business well. From computer glitches, plumbing issues, lack of proper communication and inadequate breakfast selection, there were so many excuses. We stayed at this hotel based on a family member's recommendation. However, we would not stay here again. We could stay at a much more economical hotel with no expectations and be equally served.

Got there door was open and didn’t shut properly, room is not what was advertised in pictures, tv remote didn’t work, didn’t clean room or take out trash during stay, rude front lobby when key was locked in room. Usually never complain but this was very subpar.

Great location and awesome rooms
Great location and room was awesome size. We did not have a phone in the room and had not way to contact front desk area. Back door near our room would not work with our key. I know it was an issue with other guest as they also were trying to get in. I think ice machines need to be located more frequently around hotel as well as washer/dryers. It was a trek to reach both of them of our 3 night stay.
