The bathroom had mildew buildup around the tube & tile missing at the base of the wall where the tube met the wall. Brown dripping stains on the bathroom walls and just outside the bathroom wall. Carpet needs cleaning. Bed comfortable, the only thing up to the Hilton Brand standards in my opinion. I recently became a Hilton Honors member after having several positive experiences with Hilton & always having the most comfortable beds & bedding. This is my first negative experience & hope it’s not something that happens often. Disappointed Hilton, do better!

Hotel was decently clean. Breakfast was ok. Biggest issue was the unfriendliness of the front desk girls and the manager. Both front desk girl and the manager were extremely unfriendly and difficult to deal with. Plenty of other hotels to stay at in BCS and will make sure I do so next time.

It was clean, but room smelled of cigarette smoke. Check-in was odd, not as friendly. We were greater with we may not have availability. We said we had a reservation and was told that doesn’t mean we anything available as they were booked. Thankfully there was a room, but a strange way to be welcomed.

It was ok I would not want to stay again I ask for a room for a 94 the bathroom didn’t have what we needed for her know walk in shower our shower chair she had to try to get in the tub it was a mess

Breakfast was terrible, they were out of yogurt, pancake mix, no fruit, coffee was aweful. When we asked about items they said they were waiting on truck. We were there a few days. The beds are rock hard, no drawers for any clothing items. Halls and elevator were dirty.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, staff friendly, clean rooms…only stayed for one night but would stay again…only thing is that hotel says it has a bar but you can just by beer at the mini mart in lobby, not a real bar. The mini mart was nice, like a small convenience store.

The property wasn’t very hold but it seemed a bit unkept. Limited snacks available and not relaxing in lobby. A bit chaotic at times. Not anything like other Tru locations I’ve stayed at.

Loud and rowdy
I will not be returning to this hotel. There was 1 ice machine but it was always empty and in the process of making. The softball teams were filling up their ice chest every time there was the least bit. The kids played games in the parking lot bouncing balls off of vehicles until about 1am each night. If you want a clean towel don’t expect it to be in your room, you will need to go to the desk and ask for one. Don’t plan on putting any of your trash in the trashcan because all of them are packed with items spilling out of the sides. The entire lobby was trashed with pizza boxes, cans etc. it looked like a teenage slumber party. I will make a better choice next time I visit the area.

The hallways were dirty hadn’t been vacuumed, our room frig had food left from prior occupant, the towels were NOT body towels… breakfast was cold. Overall Not a good experience. We were supposed to stay a fourth night and decided to leave a day early.
