Our cabin was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well set for cooking with plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc It was a comfortable. Place to stay for 4 nights! Heat and AC worked well Rooms had been repainted but there were lots of scuffs on the dalls and the battoom baseboard needed wiping down. Pool was too warm and needed to be repainted. Even with these things it was a great place to stay for a reasonable price!!!

This hotel is OLD and run down - sheets are clean but the property is in dire need of an upgrade. We were supposedly "upgraded" but the rate for 1 night was WAY higher than the rate we paid for 2 nights through Expedia. We would NOT recommend this hotel and as such gave it only 2 stars

To call this a "resort" is incredibly misleading, and to have to pay a daily "resort fee" on top of it is insulting. The main advantage of this property is it's relative proximity to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. The overall property is run down, weedy, and dusty, the "cabin" we stayed in was essentially a plywood box, and the breakfast service was bare bones / cheap. If you are fortunate enough to find vacancies in other local hotels, which are admittedly higher priced, choose one of them instead unless you just want the cheapest option.

The property was not what we expected and was overpriced. The door appeared to have been kicked in at some time, the dead bolt did not work, the finishes were dated and the room was dirty. The breakfast was a voucher for the restaurant. There was no bus service into Bryce.

We anticipated a clean room with normal amenities. Instead, we were checked-in to small free standing bungalow that was old and not very well kept. This should have been disclosed upfront in the reservation. The sheets and pillow case had stains on them. If washed, these need to be replaced. The television was the size of a computer monitor. Generally, the room was unacceptable.

This is definitely not a resort… mobile homes decorated as cabins. Broken stuff everywhere. Flickering light bulbs. Included breakfast is a joke… Slab of cheap barely warm ham, burnt eggs, coffee is brewed from recycled paper dipped in coffee and was lukewarm. On top of it all, they charge a separate $15 resort fee at the check-in on top of already being outrageously over-priced. There are literally no amenities on site at all, just gravel roads to the mobile homes. And yes, there is a mobile park right next to you as well.

Really nice rustic property, clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable, heat worked well, was chilly overnight. Complimentary breakfast was a feeding frenzy, they could not refill the buffet fast enough. Plenty of seating and the food, coffee were both good.
