New 2 Bedroom condo, Pool, 2 blocks to beach and downtown Bucerias. #3 Delfín

Great neighborhood. Family atmosphere. Very close to the beach and downtown Bucerias. Brand new 3 story building with a condo on each floor. This is unit "Delfín" the 3rd floor, top story. This unit has a private rooftop patio with some shade for relaxing. Our favorite activity on the roof top is to watch the sunset over the ocean.
We are 5-10min walking distance to the beach and town square. Enjoy exploring all the great restaurants and watch the nightly cultural festivities in the town square.
Property has a nice open garden with lounge chairs to lay in after a long day at the beach. An outside shower in the garden to rinse off the sand and saltwater before jumping into the pool. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen, wifi, cable tv, a/c, stove, and oven, along with all the other benefits of a home.
Sleeping arrangements offer a King size bed in each room with the option of having two separate twin beds in the second bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a couch for sleeping as well.

The unit has a couch for extra guests if needed, send an email. All appliances and furniture are brand new. Private entrances, staff onsite keep the property clean and are there to make sure your stay is the best. Lots to do in the area. Get a real feel for Mexico and it's hospitality.

Maid service once a week included in price. Additional days can be arranged. Meals can be prepared as well at an additional cost.

Great location, awsome folks, never meet the owner but had CONSTANT communications with them through Verbo and Whatsapp. Thier staff was awesome and helpful. So close to everything we never worried about what or where something was it was always close at hand. Wonderful little shops and business close by even though your JUST outside the tourist core. Definitely a place we will stay at again.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay here. You get the best of both worlds with this location. In the area where its located there are awesome restauraunts/cafes, small meat stores (where we bought some excellent beef filet), small stores selling limited. veggies. And on Sunday a huge market to buy anything you could imagine - we just bought our Veggies and fruit there. Then just a short walk you are in Central Bucerius where there's access to the beach, the shops, and excellent restaurants. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Henri was very responsive with our questions or requests we had. The maid sercice was excellent. She did everything from upkeep of the pool grounds to cleaning rooms and was so friendly. Loved her. We will definately be back to this place.

Beautiful property the pool was very refreshing. The courtyard was always kept clean Nancy the property manager was Always able to help with anything. The barbecue by the pool is propane, which was wonderful. We had the top floor which has a rooftop patio. The apartment had everything we needed. We did buy a couple of extra containers just for left overs. The apartment needs new umbrellas and chairs for the beach. But that's just a bonus. It is away from the beach, but no more than a 5 minute walk. We will be back. Heri and Chad have a beautiful setup. They care 100% for their property and its Exactly as is advertised.

An Immersion into Mexico. The real deal!
Mexican highway 200 flows through Bucerias with condos, resorts ,hotels, restaurants, and fine homes located on the ocean side of the highway. The inland side of the highway is mostly residential. Travelers should be mindful that Mexican neighborhoods are also the home of chickens and dogs. This nice condo rental is in a secure three unit building only one block off the inland side of the highway. The four of us spent two weeks in the uppermost unit...two bedroom, two bath with a spiral staircase to the roof...a nice place to watch the sunset with a cold beverage. A short walk around the corner finds a small but excellent coffee shop, and a tiny market with almost everything. Laundromat and banks are a 15 minute walk. Ten minutes to an assortment of restaurants, the beach and the main plaza. Each Sunday morning we woke to the incredibly large market which had been quietly set up in the early hours of the morning. This condo is located in the real Mexico on a dirt road, with chickens and dogs and some occasional highway noise. Clean and secure, well equipped kitchen, nice towells and linens. We loved our visit!

We loved the property and what it offered. Our biggest beef was the noise level. Being so close to the highway, it should be expected however the added noise of barking dogs all night detracted from the experience. We enjoyed sunsets on the palapa.

Property is well built and clean. There is a really nice garden/yard space in the back which is shaded and quite with a BBQ. We stayed in the top floor unit which has a stairs to the rooftop which is great for evenings watching the sun going down or for catching some sun with your morning coffee. Location is across the main highway but is still only a short walk to the beach and plaza where many of the beach bars and restaurants are located. Location is on the edge of the residential area but the locals are very friendly and nice. Henri was always available and responded very quickly to any questions that we had.

While 2 blocks from beach sounds good...the location across the highway made it less appealing...as well right across the street was an outdoor public facility which hosted a very LOUD wedding until 4 in the morning ...if that didn’t keep you awake the local crowing roosters would! Facility was new, clean but very small spiral staircase to rooftop deck...really no furniture up there other than 2 lawn chairs.

Great value and location!
We stayed in the two room, 2 bathroom top floor suite with private roof top patio. Everything was top quality. The price is incredible value for 2 couples because of the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. We have already booked a month next year in the smaller ground floor unit. We love the great chefs in Bucerias. We look forward to more discoveries on our next trip.

Just loved the hosts Chad & Henri. Super nice people from the US so no language problems.
Great location. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. King size beds and still lots of room to move about. Absolutely love the bathrooms the shower floor is totally slip proof and love the rain shower heads. Nice garden to sit in, shade or sun. Kitchen has six burner gas range, large fridge, big island with seating for five, 2 comfortable couches and a small balcony with plenty of room for two chairs. We stayed in the apartment with a spiral staircase that went up to the roof. Lots of room for some quiet time shade or sun. The hosts Chad & Henri are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and she is helping me with some Spanish translation that I need. We told them we would be getting a taxi to their place and they said that they used a certain driver and he could pick us up for 500 peso’s and take us to the supermarket to pick up food for our apartment, he also drove around and showed us where the markets were. Such personal service was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay at this place again.

The condo is very nice and clean and comfortable. Very nice bedrooms and baths. Our friends live in Bucerias so it was very convenient for our friends to come and pick us up to do sight seeing. We did inform the owner's that things such as the internet and air conditioning would of been a lot easier if we had been given written instructions on what internet site not just the password and most importantly we did not know how to turn the A/C on. It is all done by remote controls. And the keys were definitely a challenge so I hope they simplify that. It is a very nice property and well taken care of.

Chad and Henri were so helpful and accommodating and the suite was lovely. Extras like the bowl of fresh fruit were much appreciated. The lock system is a little complicated - but for sure we felt very secure! Loved the rooftop deck for sunsets and morning coffee.

A great place to stay in Bucerias.
Nice property, really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Bucerias. It gave us an opportunity to experience the local life. The residents of Bucerias were very friendly. The 2 bedroom with roof top patio was great and the bed was really comfortable. We didn't cook this trip because lots of great places to eat, but they have all the basic necessities for cooking. Nice yard to relax in for an afternoon beer and we even enjoyed the hammock. And the owners Chad and Henri were great to meet, so friendly and they were very attentive to our needs. Thanks very much for a pleasant experience!

April in Mexico
We went to Bucerias for a week with a friend considering retiring to the area. The apartment was great! Very clean and nice. Location is a short walk to the beach and to shops and very good restaurants. The rooftop deck was really nice to watch sunsets and look out over the city and toward the beach. The building has 3 apartments with a separate secure entry and nicely landscaped shared courtyard with grill and hammock - very nice and relaxing. I know there are no other reviews for this apartment, I think because it is new to vrbo but I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again. Owners were very nice and worked with us for anything we needed including offering to stock the fridge prior to our arrival if we wanted. They also helped with info about the area before our arrival. Very good choice for staying in Bucerias just a short ride from Puerto Vallarta.
