Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Only issue was I paid extra for a room with a balcony and I had to sign a waiver for them to unlock it for me. The balcony is tiny and the railing is less than 3ft (90cm) tall so I'm guessing at least one person has fallen over the side of it at some point. Other than that, had a great time!

wedding party with music all the way to my room. at 22:30 fromt desk suggested to move me. they should have put me in a room high up. check in wss a struggle too with receptionist force me to give her my card although ivpaid everything and stayed for one night with no intention to use or eat anything. in the morning the front desk manager was nice enough to get me an uber. the pool area is small and crumpt and wall us peeling . looks bad for 5 star hotel. overall, i slept 4 hours in a fancy room. across the streets there is another 5 stars hotel. i should have stayed there if i would know its such terrible experience

Location: is close to Old Town and walking distance to some nearby attractions. Service: If you pay for breakfast, it is very good. But, the staff is not very friendly. For instance, if you stay one (1) minute after AM closing time and ask for a coffee or refill you will be told that they're closed. This happened to me and to travelling partners. We were ugraded to a room with a balcony, but, the door to the balcony was locked. The room was noisy from the street although we asked for a quiet room. The service cleaning the room had to be asked a few times to come even though the service room light was turned on for hours requesting service. And when we forgot an item in the hotel and contacted the staff to have it shipped, it took three (3) days to receive an answer. The facility is being rennovated and is nice (not luxurious) but the service by personnel is very uneven and needs improvement for a "luxury" hotel.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Service But…..
Such a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Easy access to everything. Outstanding customer service. Front desk to restaurant staff showed great care and they were very courteous. Great breakfast buffet! Lot of verity. Only complaint is that there are two banquet halls by the reception. When there are functions, people are blocking the main entrance (Inside/outside) smoking and chatting. It’s like getting out of time square station in NYC during the rush hour. Very inconvenient for the guests. Staff did not bother to move them away either. What ever the reason they should not block the entrance. During my three night stay they had at least two functions every day! Getting in and out of the hotel was a bit challenging at any given time! Other than that it’s a great stay!
