Great stay with friends , breakfast plentiful and a great variety to suit all tastes . Lovely large room and bathroom , spotlessly cleaned . A little too warm for us but easy solved with the aircon . Great stay an a fabulous location.

My flight was delayed and I tried to contact the hotel to ensure I could check in after midnight (Expedia shows check in finish at midnight). Despite multiple attempts to call, emails and messages, I had no response which left me unsure if I could still go to the hotel. When I did manage to check in, the room came with a complimentary bottle of water, but when I went to open it it had already been opened and left there like it was new. On the second night, they took away all of my towels and didn’t replace them, even though I didn’t ask for new towels. Water in the shower was luke warm at best, but the rooms were over heated. Overall a very unusual and uncomfortable hotel.

We stayed three nights and on arrival the staff were very helpful and arranged a bottle of champagne as a surprise for my husband. Would've been nice if it was a lot colder than it was. Çleaning was done daily, even the towels, which was a surprise as we didn't ask for them to be changed. Didn't use the air-con as it wasn't needed. Hotel is central and has an underground practically at the front door. Amazing tram and bus system, although a bit confusing for me!

First the positives: convenient location, clean and spacious room, one particular staff who was very helpful. The negatives: very noisy area like Times Square, the hotel lobby and dining room had a very unpleasant odor, the breakfast was barely edible, the reception staff was generally not helpful or friendly. Overall I would not stay here again primarily because while the location was convenient it wasn’t so nice.

Our room was great, as it had obviously recently been renovated. The rest of the hotel was quite poor. The breakfast wasn’t great. Cold food and limited option. Considering the Cafe that the hotel had open to the public displayed really good quality food, the food provided in the B&B was substandard in my opinion. However, the room was great, and the location was spot on.

A fabulous hotel in a convenient location, close to shops, attractions and Budapest's wonderful transport system. Staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were excellent.

Good location and decent enough breakfast. Staff were friendly. Disappointed that our room was not cleaned & bed made despite the fact we we put sightseeing from just after 11am until after 6pm! We had to go to reception to ask for a set of clean towels. Hotel could do with a refurbishment- looking a bit tired. Hairdryer in bathroom was very heavy & uncomfortable to use. Not quite up to the standard of what I expect from a 4star hotel.
