Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The thermal spa is a great bonus too, especially after a long day of sightseeing around the city.

I love this hotel mainly because of it's location. I have been here several times over the years. Unfortunately, I got the impression that the current staff cannot cope with the hotel being full. In Ensana Grand, there is no bar. The Boroka cafe is just awful. The cafe at the otherhotel is always full and you have to wait for service as staff are overworked.

A beautiful place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Budapest. The staff are very accommodating and so nice. The thermal baths and facilities were amazing. The pub attached to the hotel has the best goulash soup along with other choices. The grounds are so beautiful to walk around and relax. We definitely will return.

Fridge not working so reported it, gat a message saying they were looking into it but when we left after 3 nights still not fixed. Shower screen had no seal at bottom between screen and bath so floor got very went when showering.

Amazing hotel on the island with plenty of walking options and easy access to public transit right behind the hotel to link you to the rest of the city. Great spa and very accommodating staff, I stayed for the F1 race and they made sure to schedule around the event for me. If I had to go back to Budapest, I’d go here.

Lovely property and staff willing to make the stay really enjoyable. We went to the sister hotel first in error (next door) and the difference in front desk staff was stark. We came for the F1 and the only complaint would be it is a far distance for metro lines and you have to grab a taxi or bus to get back on the island.
