The first night we were in a room that had a continuous droan sound. This was roon 202 I complained and the room was changed staff were very please r. The rooms are clean the hallways are a bit worn damaged wall paper bleeched spots on the carpet. But it's a terrific location nice rooms staff are nice. Stayed here 19th-22nd January went with my Dad and my best mate. Really enjoyed our stay the hotel was lovely and in a good location, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by 2 men on reception and also a female manager who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides free tea and coffee 24/7 which tasted really nice I loved the chocolate drink. We got to our room and I put a kingsized bed for me and Dad by mistake went to reception and they sorted it and gave us another room, in the rooms they were spacious and the beds were very comfy, there nice size wardrobe space and a safe that was free to use to, in the bathroom hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided even make up remover pads and ear buds. Overall very impressed with the hotel from start to finish would definitely stay here again in the future

We liked the fact you had tea, coffee and water on hand 24/7. Rooms very clean, comfortable bed and good linen. Rooms cleaned every day even on Christmas Day. Only downer was the internet was not working for 2 days which is hard when you rely on WiFi. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Average bathroom doors issue !

Clean basic hotel , breakfast over priced and rooms very small , door to bathroom is misted glass and has 30mm gap all round it so not very private when in the bathroom !! Not ideal

Nice hotel, super clean, large room with confy bed. Room had hairdryer, safe and a mini bar. We assumed chargeable but it wasnt (noone told us). It wasn't replenished in the two days we were there. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in bathroom. No tea or coffee in room (hence 4 stars for facilities) but free facilities in the reception. Reception staff were lovely. Cleaning staff cleaning the coffee facilities on a Sunday modming, at breakfast time which took a machine out - seemed strange to do this at breakfast time. Short walk to parliament and river. Hotel can arrange airport transfer.

Great hotel

Super modern chic boutique hotel in walking distance to the Parliment. Outstanding customer service. There is convenient public transportation, bus and train nearby, but I used Uber to dave travel time getting around. Airport is about 30-40euros and around 25mins. I would stay here again.
