Just as described
The apartment is very clean, it really has everything you need. Beautiful garden and nice big table so you can have your meals enjoying the olive tree and oleanders. Also, a lot of material that can help you exploring the coast. Good position for covering many beautiful beaches on the northeast coast.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. An sich sehr ruhige Lage, leider waren 4 bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.Die Beschreibung ist etwas irreführend, eine Gästetoilette war nicht vorhanden.

Wunderschöner Ort für Familienurlaub im Frühling
Wir haben im April 2024 elf schöne Tage in der Villa Budoni in Tanaunella verbracht und und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön, besonders wenn abends die Sonne über den Hügeln untergeht. Es ist im Frühjahr dort sehr ruhig, nur wenige Touristen waren dort. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (nur Weingläser gab es nicht. Aber der sardische Wein hat uns auch aus anderen Gläsern geschmeckt. :)). Der Check-in war super und zeitlich sehr flexibel. Da das Haus vor und nach uns nicht belegt war, durften wir schon deutlich früher ins Haus rein und konnten sogar auch später auschecken, was uns aufgrund der Fährzeiten sehr entgegen kam. Die Verständigung hat gut geklappt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super séjour en Sardaigne !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Villa Séréna, villa très bien située dans un quartier calme à 5 mn en voiture des commodités (plages, restaurants, supermarchés) et avons pu profiter de magnifiques couchés de soleil. La villa est moderne et très bien équipée. (La description sur le site n'est pas très précise mais comme nous, vous n'aurez que de bonnes surprises : cafetière Nespresso, sèche-cheveux, grill-pain, douche extérieure). A noter également : il n'y a qu'une salle de douche avec WC (parfaite) et le lit de la chambre principale est un lit king-size ! Merci à Antonietta pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni mia moglie, io ed i nostri due figli di 7 anni. La casa è molto bella e rifinita, dotata di tutti i comfort ed in una posizione stupenda. La spiaggia di Budoni è a 5 minuti di auto, ed è bellissima. Il riferimento sul luogo è la signora Antonietta, molto gentile e disponibile.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren im Norden von Sardinien
Wir waren 13 Tage im Haus Andrea und wurden von Antonietta freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war hervorragend und wir bekamen alles von ihr erklärt. Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, BD und Waschbecken so wie es auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, die zweite Dusche ist eine Gartendusche hinter dem Haus, eine Kaffeemaschine, Weingläser und Müslischalen sind nicht vorhanden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und haben es für Tagesausflüge und Strandurlaub im Norden Sardiniens genutzt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit erneut buchen und können diese weiterempfehlen. heerlijke vakantiewoning
prachtig huisje in rustige omgeving, van alles voorzien. ligt in doodlopende privestraat no3 en 4. via whattsapp prima contact met marieantoinette, de gastvrouw. ze spreekt helaas alleen italiaans. auto is wel een pre om omgeving te bekijken. heerlijke pizza s bij pizzeria in de straat verder op. in budoni heerlijk strand. huisje is schoon, fijne veranda, complete keuken, kleine maar functionele douche. airco in huiskamer en op ouder slaapkamer, wasmachine, goede bedden(2pers matras op 2 pers bed) meer dan genoeg kastruimte. buitendouche is ook lekker! prachtig uitzicht!(ondergaande zon in de bergen) zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan!!!!

Liebe Serena, es war eine tolle Zeit in Budoni, Tanaunella! Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit Mrs. Antoinetta verlief Dank WhatsApp problemlos. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr gut. Der Toaster war neu und der Wasserkocher war auch fast unbenutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wo gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen! Liebe Grüße Benjamin

Perfect huis met terras, tuin en mooi uitzicht
Fijn verblijf. Weergave foto's, what you see, is what you get. Compleet huis, ,2onder 1 kap, terras en tuin zeer mooi. Wasmachine aanwezig. Goede bedden. Toilet en bidet in bafkamer. Budoni strand en heldere zee nabij, auto wel een aanrader. Huis ligt in Taunanella gemeente Budoni. Wj hebben het er erg goed gehad.

Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte, die ich weiterempfehlen kann. Die gesamte Abwicklung war problemlos, obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Der nächste schöne Strand ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Maison au calme dans un joli jardin bien arboré. Elle est proche de toutes les commodités (axes routiers, supermarché, centre ville de Budoni) ainsi que d'une jolie plage. Tout est réuni pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci pour tout.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub verbracht. Obwohl wir erst spät ankamen - gegen 21.30 Uhr - wurden wir sehr freundlich von Frau Antonetta empfangen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht von derTerrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht, selbst eine Waschmaschine. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, was aber nicht so tragisch war. Mit etwas improvisieren gab es doch noch Filterkaffee. Einen Supermarkt gibt es im Ort, ebenso mehrere Restaurants. Die Autobahn erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder.

We loved it. Specially terrace and garden
We (my wife, 5 / 3-year old boys and myself) spent the first two September weeks in the House and we loved it. The house is very confortable, clean and with a very nice terrace and garden. Even though it´s a double-house, still you have your privacy - also in the garden and terrace. Maria Antonietta was always available for any question and she was always willing to help with very fast response time. The weather was perfect: 22-30 degrees every day (two days very windy). Definitley we would go back to the same house. You will not regret.
