Gemütliches Wohnen und eine Top-Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation bei kleineren Problemen (Zisterne kurzzeitig leergelaufen, Stromausfall, weil zu viele Geräte aktiv waren) klappte reibungslos. Wir haben vor allem die Terrasse und den schönen, gepflegten Garten genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Der Aufenthalt war von vorne bis hinten perfekt. Das Häuschen ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und bietet sogar noch mehr Komfort als erwartet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit Kindern perfekt. Die Kommunikation Vorort war hervorragend und wir bekamen schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen. Gerne wieder! Familie Kümmeth

Schön!
Alles war bestens. Alles vorhanden gewesen. Das einzige was leider nicht geklappt hat, war die Waschmaschine. Es hat nur einmal geklappt mit Hilfe vom Besitzer. Habe deshalb nur einmal waschen können, mit drei Kinder sehr ärgerlich. Wollte aber nicht ständig den Besitzer kontaktierten. Ansonsten war alles super! Würden gerne wieder hin gehen, weil die Lage top ist und einfach alles vorhanden ist. Ich hoffe, dass die Waschmaschine ausgetauscht wird.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane in questa bella casa. Molto accogliente e in buona posizione per raggiungere sia le spiagge di Budoni sia quelle più a sud.

CASA BELLISSIMA MA IL SERVIZIO?
Niente da dire sulla casa, comoda, pulita con un bellissimo giardino. Per qualsiasi spostamento è necessario un mezzo proprio Il sig. Claudio gentilissimo ci accoglie e ci spiega tutto quello che c'è da sapere e fino a qui tutto bene. E qui iniziano le note negative: come spesso capita una volta che il cliente è arrivato e soprattutto HA PAGATO ci si dimentica che potrebbe avere bisogno nel corso del soggiorno. Dopo pochi giorni si ferma la lavatrice, aspettiamo due giorni prima che arrivi il tecnico dicendo di averla riparata, ma il giorno successivo la lavatrice si blocca di nuovo. Risultato: fino alla fine della vacanza (14 GIORNI) rimaniamo senza lavatrice (eravamo in quattro con un bambino piccolo). Avevamo scelto questa soluzione per il giardino e per la comodità della doccia esterna: quest'ultima non curata, dismessa, sporca e inutilizzabile. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente una griglia nuova vista la presenza del barbecue e di una griglia coperta di ruggine, ma anche qui il sig. Claudio deve sempre fare riferimento al padrone di casa, che abbiamo capito non è assolutamente intenzionato a dare un servizio ai propri clienti. Peccato davvero perdersi in un bicchiere d'acqua. Tanto sicuramente troverete chi affitterà questa casa, ma noi NON ci torneremo.
