As others have stated in other reviews, this property is a little dated and the exterior could use a little TLC, but the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would gladly stay with my family again on our next trip to the Anaheim area.

I never received my incidental deposit for some reason. The area is really sketchy, as well as the parking lot. Lots of litter. Mold in rooms. Breakfast was just muffins. Room was big, so that was nice.

*DO NOT STAY HERE* We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. Upon arrival after a long day of traveling there was a bedbug in one of the rooms. I immediately went to office and they put us in another room. We spent the next hour or so tearing apart both rooms to check the mattresses for more bugs. Not how we wanted to start our vacation after a day of traveling. We were traveling with 3 toddlers. They were playing with the cars on the floor in one of the rooms and the floor was so dirty their legs were BLACK. One mattress had a fist size burned hole it in. Dry blood was on the wall of a shower. The overall rooms were just disgusting, falling apart, & not sanitary. This was for both rooms, not just one. The included breakfast was the saddest display of a breakfast I’ve ever seen… my toddler didn’t even want any of the food, it was not appetizing. There was cereal, white bread, manufactured mini muffins, and instant oatmeal. No fruit, no hot foods. When I told the property all of this, showed pictures as proof, they asked if the bedbug picture was of their sheets. Insinuating that we brought our own sheets and put a bedbug on it… the bed was still freshly made, we hadn't even pull the covers back yet. I have yet to be reached out back out by the property regarding this and handling it. I’ve had to engage any sort of communication. If I could upload pics, I would to show you all.

I loved how attentive the staff was. Very pleasant and willing to help. I have to point out the woman who helped me check in that evening was AMAZING. She answered all my questions, offered some answers and gave info about the area. She rocks. The TV wasn’t working and one call to the front desk and ten minutes later I was watching. The pool was clean and in the morning the workers all seemed like they were happy to be at work. The breakfast was unexpected but nice enough. The constant hum of noise from the freeway is unavoidable but once you get used to it it’s fine. Nothing really bad to say about this place. Just got season passes to Knotts so I know where I’ll be staying when I come back. Thank you Days Inn!! Suggestion: waffle maker!

Very basic stay
Had a problem with people in the next room f ing & blinding nearly all night had to call security at 4am very pleased they acted immediately thank you. I did ask that they made up the room while we were out but this was not done. Also breakfast was from 7.30 till 9 but by 8am they had run out & never bothered topping anything up so nothing left very disappointed.

Called several times to get info on policies and was told different things every single time.. staff does not seem to have clear communication with each other. Had to switch rooms after the first day because there were dozens of ants crawling all over the bathroom and desk. New room still had ants but not as many. Screws holding up the sink counter in the new room looked like they were falling out. Bathroom tiles painted over??? Holes in the floors by door frames. Bathroom door in new room could not close as it was a full two inches away from the hinge. Bed frame in new room sounded like it was broken. Incredibly loud, could hear the freeway and people outside at night. Cheap hotel if you have no other choice but it’s not great.
