We stay here often. Always clean, customer service is always outstanding. Location is great! Breakfast is good! Best hotel in Buena Park! Warren always give us top notch service!! Cleaning service does a great job!

Room does not look like the pictures. It was old and unclean. There was a rotting door frame in the bathroom and has termites crawling out of the bottom.

The Fairfield Inn exceeded our expectations..The property was clean and staff was outstanding…whatever we needed they accommodated…. The room was amazing..The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly….Looking forward to the next visit down here…WE KNOW where we are staying the next time the FAIRFIELD INN!!!!

It was great! We’ve stayed here a few times in the past and never had any problems. Checkin is always easy and they accommodate if needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The stay is always enjoyable. It’s nice and quiet too. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm I believe, you just need your key to open the door, so make sure you don’t forget it!
