Wonderful Place
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn hotel. My six year olds wish for her seventh birthday was to go to Knott’s and stay at a great hotel. Well, Hampton Inn did not disappoint,; the room and amenities were great. The suite was spacious, beautiful, clean, cozy and even though there was a freeway nearby, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept comfortably all through the nite with no disturbance at all. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the pool, jacuzzi,, gym and laundry were also great. We have stayed in many other hotels in the past, but by far the best experience we’ve had is the Hampton Inn, which is why I have joined Hilton Honors.

Overall we are satisfied with the cleanliness, the only thing we didn't like was the noice since the people on the top floor was(were) making a lot of noice when walking back and forth(stomping) starting 6 am waking us up. If we knew we would had chosen top floor. Breakfast not bad except for the cream cheese my son was about to eat had mold(rotten) when he opened it. And last, but not least, when we were entering the the hotel we noticed a man smoking 🚬 standing right outside(on the side) of the main entrance and before making the reservation l called to make sure about the smoking policies since my kids have asthma and they told me all Hampton hotels are 100% smoking free, but not true, because also by the back door there was another man smoking right next to thE pool close to the door so there is not such a thing about 100% smoking free zone. Hope you guys improve these inconveniences, since we may probably come back with my family again to L.A in few month from now. The cleaning ladies were nice, respectful and polite, except for the guy in the front desk to our arrival, l don’t remember his name, but he was not that friendly or smiling, hope my feedback worth the time. Thank you

The hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast is good. The only complaint is that there is nothing close to the hotel (shopping and places to eat).

가족들과 5일간 머뭄.조식도 나름 괸챦고, 24시간헬쓰할수있고 24시간 물과음료제공 밤10시까지 수영과 자꾸지 이용가능합니다. 고속도로옆이고 하여 이동하기도 좋고 바로앞에 주유소도있어서 가정비는 정말 좋은거 같습니다.
