It's an apartment above the house where I live , in a quiet, green neighbourhood close to the Rio e la Plata river. Its well connected with the center of Buenos Aires( 15 min by train to Retiro). The apartment is fully equipped : wi fi, air conditioning, telephone line, TV, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and the access to the patio and the barbecue area. It has a balcony overviewing the railway with the train and a tennis court on the other side
