The gotel was very clean and I felt safe in the area it was located in. However my issue was that the power was out my entire stay during a heat wave. Was very uncomfortable to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised at the space and amenities provided in this executive studio! PROS The building has 24-hour security and you can only enter via digital fingerprint - a big safety plus! The restaurant on the ground floor provided quick & easy coffee, breakfast and lunch options and the quality was excellent. Communication with the managers was quick & efficient. WiFi was fast and never disconnected. Laundromat in the basement was very useful - washers & dryers are new. 2 minor complaints/suggestions: 1. The TV in this unit needs to be replaced. Screen image is warped. 2. People from Canada & US cannot use the laundromat app as the phone text validation does not work for our phone numbers. Had to hunt various stores to find the special coins needed. Would be helpful to have a coin machine located in the laundromat.

I stayed in apartment 821. You have the pool pumps and the pool right above you so it was not a place that was conducive to a good night's rest. The pumps go off and wake you up at basically anytime and that was basically my only complaint.

Location, Location, Location, absolutely awesome! Accessibility to various attractions both by walking and for public transportation is excellent. I walked to the Obelisk, plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira…. There’s a Carrefour Express and Res (a meat shop) on Perú and Venezuela….about 2 blocks away. Many different eateries within walking distance. El Querandi is on the left upon exiting the building for dinner and Tango shows. It was very good and priced nicely. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. However u will agree with other reviews as to the distinct lack of soundproofing, you can hear everything in the halls at any given time. Also for a night and day the WiFi was out in the room but available in the lobby. The staff was helpful for the most part and as an English speaker they did what they could with the language barrier. Thank you for your kindness and accommodation. I enjoyed my stay here and would use again for the value for money and the location.

La alfombra, una de las paredes y una de las cobijas estaban un poco sucias, la bañera tenía una filtración de agua en la union con la vidriera lo que hacía que el agua saliera al baño y era indispensable limpiar la totalidad de este al terminar de ducharse. Me pareció muy adecuada la atención por parte de la Administración los requerimientos que tuve respecto de vajilla de tostadora de pan fueron resueltas Me parece que faltan indicaciones para el uso de la caja fuerte, las indicaciones que me dio el empleado fueron diferentes de las que aparecían en el manual. En general nuestra estancia fue agradable. Muchísimas gracias. Volvería al lugar.

Apartment is new but not soundproof at all. Any time anyone walks down the hall, you can hear it. Any time anyone opens their door, it makes loud beeping noises you can hear. Anytime anyone in the apartment next or below you talks at a reasonable volume you can hear it. I also heard bass from electronic music outside until 3am on Saturday night and people shouting at 2am another night. There are no rugs or carpet so the sounds echoes. I live in NYC so I’m used to a loud city, but even with earplugs this was not good. Two friends from BA and a taxi driver all cautioned me to not walk outside this apartment after dark.

The property was in the heart of Buenos Aires which made it easy to get to all the most famous landmarks and was just quick walk away from tons of shopping and dinning areas. The property itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchenet was very useful and the bathroom was very clean and elegant. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again next we visit.
