hotel closed, we were not informed
when we arrived, we were told the hotel has been closed for few months and had to find a replacement hotel. would have appreciated if someone have bothered to tell us in advance

土日は部屋の掃除のサービスがないため、土日だけの滞在など短期滞在者には適していない。タオルの交換サービスもその間は無いため、事前に多めのタオルを用意してもらうか、自分で用意する必要あり。24時間対応する人はいないため、ホテルのようなサービスは期待できない。観光で来る旅行者よりは長期滞在する人向け。 設備 ベッドがとても快適。よく眠れた。 冷蔵庫が簡単なもので20度以下まで下がらない。 シャワールームのしきりがしっかりしておらず、洗面所が毎回水浸しになる。 トイレのドアが壊れていて閉まらない。 備え付けの食器は汚れていることがあるため、先に洗う必要あり。 wi-fiが弱く、部屋ではほぼ使用できなかった。ロビーで使えるのみ。 共用部のトイレの紙が無い、電気が切れているなど、手入れが行き届いていない。 応対 受付は24時間対応していない。 チェックインのときに近くの施設の案内を良くしてくれた。 ワッツアップで連絡を取ることが可能。 英語でコミュニケーション可能。

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bestens betreut! Es wäre schön, wenn man früher einchecken könnte, wir sind um 8 Uhr morgens gelandet und konnten erst um 15h ins Hotel, da wäre eine flexiblere Lösung schön gewesen
